KM7 Ancestral Volume:75CL The whole clusters undergo foot-treadingKM7 Ancestral is a sparkling wine from Cmpeta, in the Axarqua area of Mlaga. It comes from old vines planted on slate soils at 570 metres above sea level, a setting that helps give the wine freshness and a clear local character. The blend brings together Moscatel, Monta and Rom, three varieties with deep roots in southern Spain. The grapes are harvested early, pressed as whole clusters, and fermented in clay amphora. The wine is then bottled before
