Burning Sky Coolship Release No. 3 7.2% (750ml) Ale Ale delicately layered Brettanomyces character providesContinuing our journey into spontaneous fermentation, this release is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old beers. We use a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our coolship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to our landscape. Limited Availability so One Per Person.
